We specialize in custom plastic overmoulding, a process of moulding a thermoplastic over another thermoplastic to form a single part.
In the plastic overmoulding process, two materials are bonded together during injection moulding to create plastic parts and components with unique aesthetics or ergonomics, such as handles and knobs.
You can overmould a variety of thermoplastic materials, such as urethanes, thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), nylon, and polycarbonate.
